The SNAP Employment & Training program partners with community-based organizations to help SNAP recipients gain skills and find work that moves them forward to self-sufficiency. Federal funds reimburse up to 50% of partner organizations' costs to deliver training, work experience, and related support services such as transportation, child care, safety equipment, and supplies and books.
REDF is hosting a 6-part webinar series that will provide an overview of SNAP E&T's policy and programmatic fundamentals, and help you determine if this program is a good match with your enterprise. The series begins February 24 and ends May 5. Visit this link to learn more and register.
