What about your business makes you most proud? We deal with and place the hardest to place people which allows them to become self sufficient. We are successful and good at it. We look at the placement and customer success versus trying to hit a dollar amount. The dollar amount follows and allows us flexibility and creativity with our programming, but is not the driving force.
