Priority goals in next year: To serve more candidates and provide more candidates greater opportunities. Our goal is to shift employer mindsets to help create more equitable playing fields and help provide opportunities for those who have been historically barred from employment opportunities.

Biggest operating challenges: Balancing the supply and demand, especially in times of low unemployment. Having qualified candidates at the right time.

What about your business makes you most proud? Our staff is talented, passionate, and willing to take risks. We have a great blend of strategic compassion that has helped our business grow without comprising quality.
