Biggest challenges we help workers overcome: The foremost challenge is their overall health, and we are a healing first model. 83% of our participants struggle with substance abuse disorder, and 80% struggle with mental health issues. Overall physical health is also a challenge. Once we are able to get these challenges under control, we help our participants overcome other potential gaps including soft skills, digital literacy, workplace literacy, and technical skills related to quality, safety, productivity, and customer service applied to specific jobs.
