What employers value most about our staffing services: Our staff of two has over 20 years of combined experience in staffing and has formed great relationships with local businesses and job seekers over the years. We are a trusted team and can respond quickly to requests. Our experience working in the local area means we know employers' needs well and can match candidates who will be most successful with their teams.
Biggest challenges we help job seekers overcome: We understand that finding and keeping a job is just part of the challenge our candidates face. As part of a larger social services agency (Community Action Pioneer Valley) we are able to easily refer them to other departments for immediate help addressing needs such as food insecurity, housing, child care, and fuel assistance.
