Priority goals in next year: Create more work shifts. We're always looking to expand our footprints in each of the markets we're in and expand work opportunities throughout the year.
Biggest operating challenges: Recruiting for our program. We recruit young adults between 16 and 24 years old, which limits our recruitment options. In addition, many of our clients want to leapfrog any training and jump right to employment. But, it's such a competitive market for young adults especially as minimum wage is increasing. We're recruiting from a population of young adults who may not be skilled or are lacking stamina.
